Shipping Eligibility

Vivonext ships products exclusively for laboratory, research, and in-vitro use. By placing an order, you affirm that you are purchasing as a qualified researcher or institutional buyer, not for personal or human consumption.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 1 PM local time (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic: 1–5 business days (depending on location)
• International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Lost or Seized Packages

Vivonext is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or confiscated by customs authorities. Buyers accept all risk when ordering products to restricted or high-risk locations.

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the need for strict temperature controls, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products to ensure quality and safety standards.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vivonext.org with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
